Agnès Touraine, CEO

Agnès is the CEO of Act3Gaming. She brings to the company an extensive knowledge of the video gaming  industry and a thorough understanding of corporate client needs. In 1998, Agnès acquired and managed Cendant Software, which subsequently became Vivendi Games (Starcraft,Warcraft,Half Life…..), a leading global videogaming company. Agnès has also been a CEO within the Lagardere Group and Vivendi Universal – managing Vivendi Universal Publishing, the $4Bn publishing and videogames division – allowing her to fully grasp operational issues, objectives and solutions.

Agnès also founded her own consulting firm, Act III Consultants, which advises executives on strategies to re-start profitable growth. She currently serves on the Boards of ITV plc, and Néopost

Agnès started her career as a consultant with McKinsey & Co where she was a manager.

Agnès holds an MBA from Columbia University in New York and a degree in Political Sciences  from Sciences Po and a Law degree from La Sorbonne in Paris.

Wissam Kahi, COO

Wissam is the COO of Act3Gaming and is responsible for business development. He brings 10 years of project management experience and IT expertise on a global scale. Wissam , an engineer with a in-depth understanding of the interactive-media industry trends is the driving force behind the company’s technology and product implementation.

Before joining ACT III gaming, Wissam spent 9 years at Booz & Company, of which 3 years as a project director in the Media & Entertainment industry, where he led complex assignments working for C-level executives in the Media sector across Europe, the Middle East, North-Africa and the US. During this period, Wissam developed a true passion for his topic, he has published articles on the topic and was a lead speaker at various events on the future of interactive media.

Prior to Booz & Company, Wissam worked as an IT consultant with Accenture where he developed sharp IT and project management skills.

Wissam holds an MBA from the Columbia University Business School and Engineering degrees from Ecole Centrale Paris and Politecnico di Milano. He speaks Arabic, French, English, Spanish and Italian and has a dual French-Lebanese citizenship.

Anne Bateson, CFO

Anne is the CFO of ACT III gaming. She is in charge of the financial management of the company and handles all contractual agreements with our partners. Anne worked for 15 year in the Pivate Equity sector as a financial director for private equity management companies. She also acted as a compliance manager. She was responsible for closing equity investments and monitoring portfolio of equity funded companies.

Anne started her career as a corporate lawyer with Cartier (Paris). She holds a Master s degree from MIT. A Financial Analyst diploma from SFAF (Paris) and a Law degree from la Sorbonne(Paris)
